The leather was some unusual pinkish colour than the pale beige of the authentic bag (which changes to a honey colour with time). The awkward huge stitching was twisted & coming undone. It was a nightmare. I wouldnt have gone anywhere with that bag!

My mate Anna had an even worse experience, & an even shorter story.
