Some of my readers have mentioned this site to me recently, and it so happens that I`ve been looking to pick up a Mulberry Alexa for some time now it`s a missing link in my replica Mulberry collection. So, I decided to kill five birds with one stone by picking up an Alexa from Vogue King and writing a review simultaneously.
Quality

I ordered one bag from Vogue King. I`ve got a giant collection now, and it doesn`t make sense for me to order over one bag from a site until I`m absolutely sure that they can deliver the goods. My bag of choice this time is the ever popular Mulberry Alexa in light coffee. I`ve added some photographs (I apologize for the lighting they aren`t tremendous clear, but you get the picture) of my Alexa. The first thing I checked for was the stitching (because I`ve noticed this is a controversy in some replica Alexa`s) and the weight of the leather. The stitching is all correct (including the cross pattern on the bottom) but the leather work is weak. The leather is flimsy and floppy, and the cuts are not right. Have a glance at these pics I`ve included you`ll see that the bag doesn`t sit right. It`s a respectable replica, but frankly, it`s not lovely for me.

Vogue King focus on handbags they aren`t one of these companies that deal with all kind of luxury goods and they cover a huge range of styles and designers in their specialty. I was happy to see a pleasant Givenchy collection as I`ve been thinking about picking up the Givenchy Calf skin bag pictured below. I didn`t get one this time I thought I`d take my chances on the Mulberry Alexa first and judging from their quality rating, I don`t know if I require to chance getting a lacklustre Givenchy.

I received my order in 7 days, which is standard (they claim that Asian and North American orders ought to take 4-7 days to deliver, other places 7-14). The best thing about Vogue King shipping is that it`s free for much of the world. Free shipping, and comparatively fast: these guys appear to run a tight ship.

Site Usability

Vogue King has a clear and comprehensive Return Policyowner. This is a giant and, because lots of sites that I`ve seen lately do not. They offer a refund within 14 days of receipt and exchange within 30 days. So, as long as you have not used your item you get it back. The only issue with their policyowner is that they do not appear to cover issues that occur to the bag while youre wearing it. Like, what happens if the strap breaks after a month of wear? At Vogue King you`ve got to deal with that yourself. Though, I can`t fault them much for this because most other replica sites are the same.

While I`m not impressed with the site layout aesthetically this site is ugly! it is functional. The site lets you search basically by brand, size, color, popularity, and to search the new arrivals section. It also lets you basically search for discounts and sale items. The checkout is secure and simple to make use of. Vogue King scores highly for Site Usability, I wish they`d improve the look!

I must say, this is one area that Vogue King takes the prize. The pics all look original, they`re clear, and they feature a neat zoom feature that lets you zoom on the part of the bag you require to see more closely. This is the coolest part of this site, for sure.

My Humble Conclusion

Their service and contact availability is comprehensive. You can contact Vogue King by electronic mail, live chat, MSN, or post. They are not available for contact by phone, which is a bit disappointing. There staff was fast to answer my inquiries and appeared to know exactly what they were speaking about.

This is a respectable site, but the quality of my bag means that I wouldn`t think about ordering from them again (even if I am drawn to the Givenchy collection). The site receives top scores for choice, shipping, return policyowner and original images but I am forced to deduct partial marks for service (no phone number…that`s a biggy) and site usability ( because it looks bad). And, I cannot give a mark for quality because the bag I got is not lovely for me to wear. bad.
